Police say Bradley Draper threatened to shoot officers after he stole property.
Draper faces a possession of stolen property charge.
Officers say they found the stolen property at his Avery Street home.
After police left, they say Draper called 911 and threatened to shoot police if he saw them on his property again.
They returned to the house and found Draper at the door, ordering him to show his hands.
Officials say the suspect started to go back inside and that's when they tased him.
Draper was taken to the hospital and then charged with obstructing, possession of stolen property and reporting a false emergency.
He was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court and released on $2,000 bond.
