A Gallia County man faces a murder charge.
Investigators say it was all over a property dispute.
David Brewster is charged with murdering Daniel Day.
Day was found dead in his home on Clay Chapel Road on April 8th.
Investigators say the two men had been in a dispute over property days before Day's death.
And a day before the murder Day's family called his cell phone and Brewster answered.
An acquaintance told police Brewster asked for a ride and told her, he "killed that guy".
Investigators say Brewster was seen driving Day's truck and he was found with Day's gun.
The cause of death has not been released.
The Gallia County Sheriff's Office is calling a man's death suspicious.
Deputies are looking for 43-year-old David Brewster.
He's wanted for questioning in the death of Daniel Day.
The sheriff says Day's mother reported finding her son dead around 9:30 Tuesday night on Clay Chapel Road.
Authorities responded and confirmed the death, and now they are investigating.
