He's the recipient of a prestigious national award only given to the top one percent of McDonald’s managers.
Randy Fryman, general manager of the Glendale Road Mickey D's in Marietta was chosen from more than 14,000 managers across the country to become a Ray Kroc award winner.
“It's a great honor,” Fryman says. “The expectations are very, very -- you know, gigantic. “It's like something that you work for for a long time and it's the highest award you can win with McDonald’s.”
McDonald’s has treated him so well for 23 years, which is why Fryman has stayed this long -- his crew, management team and of course, the customers.
