He's accused of murder. Today, the judge decided the jury will have access to the crime scene when the trial starts this summer.
Mark Stevens had a re-trial hearing today in Washington county. He's accused of killing Patrick Arnold in July of 2008. Monroe County Judge Sellman said today, the jury will be able to see the crime scene during the trial. It's not expected to begin until Mid-July. The next hearing date is May 20th. Stevens remains in jail.
