Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force Agents executed a search warrant at trailer 124 in Shawnee Trailer Park.
Concerned neighbors tipped off police after smelling strong chemical odors from the trailer.
Inside agents found an active meth cook.
Police arrested Gary Hall of Williamstown and Michael Cain of Parkersburg. They were inside the home at the time.
Agents had to ventilate the home for over an hour before they could process evidence.
Hall and Cain were taken to the Wood County Holding Facility.
Both face felony charges of operating a clandestine lab.
They didn't post their $50,000 bond.
