The votes are in and they won.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol has the best looking patrol car in the nation.
22,000 "likes" for the Buckeye State.
The online contest between the nation's state patrol cars ran through the American Association of State Troopers Facebook page.
Lt. Carlos Smith with the Marietta post says he had faith they would win the whole time and everyone is really excited.
"Kinda ties in hand with the kind of customer service we provide to the citizens of Ohio, so we take great pride in our equipment, our uniforms, our people and our citizens, so it was only fitting that we came out on top," he says.
The competition was factoring in the design of the patrol car, emblems on it and overall look.
The state also won "best dressed" in the nation.
Lt. Smith says thank you to everyone that voted and they will continue to serve the community.
Ohio can now officially say they have the best looking cruiser of 2014.
