A well known organization in Marietta held its annual Open House Sunday afternoon to start off the new year.
Kids and parents came out the Marietta Family YMCA to check out what it has to offer.
Potential members got to tour around the facility and enjoyed playing volleyball, dodgeball and other activities throughout the afternoon.
There was even a membership special that included a no joiner fee for those attending the Open House.
"Here at the Y in Marietta, we have a variety of activities from youth sports to our aquatics programs to group exercise classes, we have a couple of new classes that are kind of unique to the Y here in Marietta, we have some new TRX and sandbell classes," says Marietta Family YMCA Executive Director, Suzy Zumwalde.
In addition to the membership special the Y offered, members also received three free personal training sessions.
