Cold temperatures caused problems on the Marietta College campus Wednesday.

School officials say three different pipes burst on campus.

All of them lead to the sprinkler systems, so the Marietta Fire Department automatically responded.

The busted pipes are in Andrews Hall, the McDonough Leadership building and the Physician Assistant building.

Undergraduate students are still on break but Physician Assistant students were in class and they had to move to a different classroom.

There is some ceiling damage in McDonough and the P.A. building.

But damage is minimal in Andrews Hall.

The issues caused heating problems across campus.

School officials say everything will be back to normal by the time students arrive on Monday.
