Good news for Pleasants County.
It is ranked the healthiest county in West Virginia.
This comes from a study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which ranks all counties based on several factors like smoking, drinking, obesity and access to health care.
Pleasants county jumped from last year's 7th place.
Wood County ranks 33rd.
The least healthiest counties are all found in the southern part of the Mountain State.
In Ohio, Washington County ranks just about dead middle at 48th out of 88 counties.
The highest rankings were generally north eastern and central Ohio.
