Some say it's a form of self-expression.

Police say it's a form of vandalism.

It's graffiti. And lately, it's turning up all over Parkersburg, on the walls of buildings such as a former medical office complex on Avery Street.

Police need your help to help stop it, and find the culprits.

A $1,000 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

You can call the police at area code (304) 424-8444.
