What better way to help out a very important cause by simply dining on some delicious spaghetti and meatballs?
Many people headed over to Spagna's in Marietta Sunday evening for the second annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser for Right Path of Washington County.
The organization provides alternatives to drug and alcohol abuse throughout the county.
This dinner is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year, as they rely almost solely on the community for financial help.
"It's important to us because we don't get grants unless we have a special program," says Cathy Harper, with Right Path. "We don't get federal funding or anything so it's all by community support. It's kept us alive and well and prevention is alive and well in washington county thanks to our many supporters."
Those who showed up enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs of course, as well as breadsticks, salad and dessert.
