Parkersburg Fire Captain, Mark Kunselman says the driver of a delivery truck was turning the corner around Kroger's and hit the hydrant.
The utility board was called out to shut off the water.
No word about the driver or the truck.

A semi truck ran into a fire hydrant near Kroger on Division Street Friday afternoon.
