A change of plea for a man caught breaking into Matheny Motors.
Parkersburg Police say they found stolen car parts in a truck that John Roberts, Richard Collins and Coty Sidwell were in.
Collins and Sidwell already pleaded guilty.
Roberts changed his plea, pleading guilty to entering without breaking.
That's a felony that could get him one to ten years in prison.
Three Parkersburg men are charged with breaking and entering after police say they stole stuff from a car dealership.
Police say Richard Collins, Coty Sidwell and John Roberts broke into a storage area at Matheny Motors.
When police arrived they say Sidwell and Roberts were inside a fenced-in area that stores car parts.
Police say they found stolen car parts in a truck the men were driving.
Collins is accused of running from the dealership when police got there but a K-9 was able to track him.
Collins is currently out on bond on two unrelated felony charges.
All three men were arrested then released on $5,000 bonds.
The stolen car parts were returned to Matheny Motors.
