A change of plea for a man caught breaking into Matheny Motors.

Parkersburg Police say they found stolen car parts in a truck that John Roberts, Richard Collins and Coty Sidwell were in.

Collins and Sidwell already pleaded guilty.

Roberts changed his plea, pleading guilty to entering without breaking.

That's a felony that could get him one to ten years in prison.

Three Parkersburg men are charged with breaking and entering after police say they stole stuff from a car dealership.

Police say Richard Collins, Coty Sidwell and John Roberts broke into a storage area at Matheny Motors.

When police arrived they say Sidwell and Roberts were inside a fenced-in area that stores car parts.

Police say they found stolen car parts in a truck the men were driving.

Collins is accused of running from the dealership when police got there but a K-9 was able to track him.

Collins is currently out on bond on two unrelated felony charges.

All three men were arrested then released on $5,000 bonds.

The stolen car parts were returned to Matheny Motors.
