It's not the first time officers have been to 49 Lantana Lane.
Sunday, three people were arrested at that address for what police say was an active meth lab.
Around 6:45 Sunday night, several local law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant at 49 Lantana Lane in South Parkersburg.
Police say two people inside the trailer had active felony warrants out for their arrest.
Investigators say as they moved through the home they found a meth lab in a bedroom.
They say they also found evidence of another meth lab in an outbuilding on the property.
Police arrested Kendra Pryor, Ronald McMillan and Tonda Warner at the trailer.
All three are charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab in relation to Sunday night's investigation.
Pryor was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for the same charge.
McMillan was out on bond after police say he was charged in a drug bust at the same address in mid-July.
Warner had two outstanding warrants for two counts of forgery and two counts of uttering.
"Once we did a more detailed search of the residence we discovered a meth lab in one of the bedrooms, so at this point at least three people are going to be charged with the manufacturing of meth, including the homeowner who was apparently permitting meth to be cooked here," says Parkersburg Police Sgt. Greg Collins.
All three were arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court and did not post bond.
They'll be taken to the North Central Regional Jail.
