A Vienna traffic stop lands one man behind bars.
The Vienna Police Department says around 6:30 PM Wednesday evening Joseph Robinson was pulled over in a traffic stop on Grand Central Ave.
Authorities say the Parkersrburg man did not have a valid driver's license or registration for the vehicle.
Upon searching the vehicle officers found five suspected bags of marijuana, scales and six different types of prescripton medication.
Robinson was arrested for possession with the intent to deliver.
Robinson was arraigned in front of Magistrate Joseph Kuhl at Wood County Magistrate Court at 10:00 p.m. Wednesday. He was released on a $11,000 bond.
Officials say additional charges are pending against Robinson.
If convicted he faces two to ten years in prison.
