It was a night of trick or treating for kids in Parkersburg and Vienna.
Since Hurricane Sandy forced the kids to wait on the candy for another day, the little ghouls and goblins donned their beloved costumes and got their treats on tonight instead.
The trick or treating event in Parkersburg and Vienna was originally for Tuesday.
The kids enjoyed getting the candy from neighbors and most importantly, wearing their costumes.
"Well my parents don't wanna buy trick or treating costumes anymore, so I went to Jo-Ann Fabrics and brought some fabric and I made my costume," says Emma Kaufman.
"I like green and I haven't been this before so I wanted to try something new," says Noah Kaufman.
Police officers were on hand to make sure everyone had a safe and fun time.
