The main roads look pretty good, but there are some slick spots still causing trouble and headaches for many drivers in downtown Parkersburg.

At about 1:00 Tuesday afternoon, a tractor-trailer trying to turn onto Fourth Street from an alley behind the Blennerhassett Hotel got stuck in some slush and couldn't make it up the hill, blocking all lanes.

The driver and some people stuck behind the truck, tried clearing the snow from tires.

Traffic backed up as far as Ann Street.

The truck finally got moving before 2:00, about 40 minutes later.
