A man and woman are arrested, accused of making meth inside their Parkersburg home.
Parkersburg Police say Jeremy Buffington and Monica Thomas-Smith were arrested at their home in the 2600 block of Cypress Street Tuesday.
Officers say there was a chemical smell coming from the home and the duo admitted there was a meth lab inside.
Task force agents say there were 21 drug lab vessels in the house, along with items used to make meth and the drug itself.
They each face charges of operating or attempting to operate
a clandestine drug lab, conspiracy to operate or attempt to
operate a clandestine drug lab and possession of precursors
used for manufacturing drugs.
They are in the Wood County Holding Center awaiting arraignment.
