Three cars involved, two injuries-from an afternoon accident in downtown Parkersburg.
Police say two people inside a Ford Contour were taken to Camden Clark Medical Center, with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
They are identified as driver Claudette McDonald, 65 and passenger Lela Rickter, 36.
One of the drivers involved told us that the Ford ran a red light that had just changed at 8th and Avery streets, striking a Ford Expedition and then her Toyota Tacoma pickup.
"I just was going to go, and the car came from the left and ran the light," said driver Mary Green of Ritchie County, "and hit another vehicle that was coming toward me through the light."
The accident happened just before 3 P.M. Tuesday, and traffic around the intersection had to be rerouted while the scene was cleaned up.
Traffic was moving normally again by 4:30.
