The drivers name and cause has been released in a Beverly accident that landed a car inside a house. Police say the driver had been drinking.
Police Chief Mark Sams says the driver was 30-year-old, James Sargent of Beverly. He was sited for OVI and failure to control.

A car hits a house in Beverly Saturday evening. Police Chief Mark Sams says it happened at the corner of 3rd Street and McIntosh Street.
He says the driver had minor injuries and refused treatment.
Chief Sams says no one was in the house at the time.
Police are currently investigating.
