If you love history and enjoy volunteering the Friends of the Blennerhassett want you to get involved on the island this summer.
The group held its annual information session this morning.
They're looking for those who can lead guided tours through the
Blennerhassett mansion and work in two gift shops.
Volunteers are also wanted as guests host, island greeters and golf cart drivers.
This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy historical sites to be a part of something great.
"They provide many hours of assistance every year. 2012, we had over 12,000 volunteer hours and through their support and their leadership they have within their organization, we do a lot of things our staff wouldn't be able to do," says Parks Activities Director, Pam Salisbury.
If you didn't make it to the information session this morning, don't panic.
The Blennerhassett State Park are still accepting more volunteers to help out.
