David McPherson is indicted for two counts of vehicular assault.
Prosecutors say the Waverly man was driving November 17, 2012 when he went left of center hitting a grandmother and her granddaughter. The two were sent to the hospital, with what prosecutors say was serious injuries. Prosecutors say he was legally drunk. McPherson did not have a license at the time because he was on suspension from a previous OVI.
Grand Jury indicts Marietta man, Nickie Myers, for gross sexual imposition.
Prosecutors say Myers inappropriately touched his girlfriend's niece in February. The victim was 12 years old.
Another indicted Trent Mason for two counts of trafficking drugs, heroin.
Prosecutors say task force agents made two controlled buys from mason. Mason has also already been indicted after authorities found chemicals for making meth were found in his possession. Also Mason was recently released early from jail on separate charges but is now back in jail.
Indicted as well, a Marietta memorial nurse caught stealing drugs. Justin Hashman faces two counts of theft.
Prosecutors say he was a nurse at the hospital when liquid morphine and Hydromorphone showed up missing out of auto machines. They say it happened in January and February. Prosecutors say they don't know his motive... and no patients were deprived medicine
