A busy day for the Washington County grand jury, as jurors formally charge twelve local men and women.
Zachary Dumas was indicted in relation to a three car crash on Route 26 in September.
55-year-old Robert J. Goddard was killed in the crash.
Following the accident, prosecutors believe Dumas deleted text messages off his phone.
They say those texts were sent around the time of the crash.
Dumas is charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
Also from the grand jury, three people are indicted after being arrested during a meth bust last month.
Donna Glendening, Dirk Filon and Sean Yoho are accused of operating a red phospherous meth lab.
During the arrest investigators say all three admitted to being involved.
Yoho was hospitalized at the scene after jumping off a rooftop.
