Parkersburg Fire Fighters rescue a woman, after she slides into a creek while inner tubing.
Firefighters say it happened around 3:30 Saturday afternoon off 8th Avenue in South Parkersburg.
They say a 33 year old woman was inner tubing with her children and several neighborhood children. She kept going past the course and landed 12 feet down in a creek.
Rescue crews say they lifted her out of the creek bed with ropes and cables by hoisting her nearly 175 feet up the embankment.
The woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance with a possible broken leg.
