A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.
An additional tax for the benefit of Morgan County to provide revenue to the Morgan County, OSU Extension fund for the purpose of Providing Programs and Services, including 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture and Natural Resources, CommunityDevelopment, and Family and Consumer Services, at a rate not exceeding eight tenths (0.8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eight cents ($0.08) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.
