She was born July 1, 1950 in Clay County, the daughter of the late Otis and Virginia Frazier. Bertha worked as a seamstress in the Garment Industry, Troy Mills and later the WV Dept. of Health and Human Services. She was a member of Church of God at Pike, WV.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Bernard McCormick; son, Tracy Frazier of Harrisville; nephew raised in the home, Joseph Frazier (Kelly) and his children, Joey, Haley, James, Marisa, Triniti, Jesa-Rae, and Jusiah; step-sons, Bernard D. McCormick of Harrisville and Franklin D. McCormick of Grantsville; step-daughters, Nicole McCormick and Cindy McCormick, both of Logan, OH; brother, Mike Frazier of Cleveland, OH; two sisters, Becky Plant and Katy Frazier, both of Vernel, FL; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Rick Frazier, and Tony Frazier.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Monday, Dec. 3, 2012 at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville with Rev. Ruford Abnerl officiating. Burial will follow in the Ayers Cemetery, Smithville.
