Lauer, Goldie A.

Goldie A. Lauer, 84, of Whipple passed away on Monday, December 24,
2012, at Harmar Place. Goldie was born in Washington County, Ohio, on November
23, 1928. She was a volunteer of Fearing Fire Department Auxiliary, enjoyed
playing bingo, bowling and quilting and loved to fix Sunday dinners for her
family and friends.

On July 10, 1946, she married Richard R. Lauer who survives with 2
sons and 2 daughters: David (Carmen) Lauer, Wayne (Bobbie) Lauer, Donna
(Donald) Whittekind and Linda Erb; grandchildren: Anthony (Dawn) Lauer, David
(Amy) Lauer, Angela Harriman, Mike Durham, Becca (Brad) Garrison, Jennifer
Morgenstern, Donnie Whittekind, Katrina (Phil) Thompson, Billie (Paul) Metz,
Richard (Cindy) Erb, Nicole (Micheal) Pfalzgraf, Noah (Selena) Erb, Nathanael
(Jessica) Erb, Isaac (Rachael) Erb, Jessica (Mitchel) Dearth; 27 great
grandchildren; 2 great, great grandchildren, sister Thelma Lauer, brother
Charles (Charlene) Martin; 2 brothers-in-law Carl Lauer and Eugene Wigal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clement O. Martin and
Monie Stewart Martin Cline; sisters Hazel Heslop and Dianna Wigal; brothers:
Glen Ernest Martin, Ronnie E. Martin, Donald R. Martin; grandchild Dara Jo
Lauer; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ralph (Sylvia) Lauer and Christain (Wanita)
Lauer; brother-in-law Carl Heslop and son-in-law William W. Erb.

Funeral services will be held on Friday (Dec. 28) at 1:00pm at
McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Roger Rush officiating. Burial will
follow in Dalzell Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday
after 2:00 pm with family present from 2-4 & 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be
