Tidd, Betty L.

Betty L. Tidd, 78, of Marietta, passed away at 10:18 pm on Thursday,
January 31, 2013, at her home. She was born on May 22, 1934, in Marietta to
Carl and Grace DeVol Cassady. She was a homemaker and a member of Evergreen
Bible Church.

She was married to Delbert Tidd who preceded her in death.
Betty is survived by 2 daughters, Althea (Pat) Arnold of Marietta and Peggy
(Kevin) Wagner of Raleigh, NC; granddaughter Shannon Camino and friend Jason
Rhodes of Newport; 2 great grandchildren, Laken and Nick Camino. She is also
survived by 2 brothers: Tom (Carolyn) Cassady and Larry (Shirley) Cassady both
of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister:
Carl Cassady, Jr., Bill Cassady, Janet Shaw.
The family would like to thank Betty’s caregivers, Eilene Wiseman and Linda
Reynolds.

Funeral services will be held on Monday (Feb. 4) at 11:00 am at
McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Thibault officiating.
Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral
home on Sunday after 2:00 with family present from 2-4 & 6-8.
