Robert Lewis Garrett 89, of Marietta, OH passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at his son's home in Asheville, NC.

Robert was born Friday, September 21, 1923 in Proctorville, OH to the late Earl Davis and Mabel Mart Garrett. He worked at American Cyanamid/Cytec as a supervisor for 45 years before retiring. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran serving in WWII. He was a member of Harmar Lodge #390 F. & A.M., as well as Marietta York Rite Bodies.

Robert is survived by his wife Hazel Cooper Garrett of Marietta, son Steven Garrett of Asheville, NC., three grandchildren and 6 step-children. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Betty and a son Timothy. Private graveside services will take place at Tunnel Cemetery.
