Mima T. Veon, 87, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Genesis Healthcare of Gihon Road.

She was born April 25, 1925 in Elizabeth, W.Va., a daughter of the late Harley Neal and Opal Gay Connolley Veon.

Mima is survived by her brothers, Junior, Dale, and Francis "Wayne" Veon; and her sisters, Emma Edwards, Lottie McFee, Anna Marshall, Wanda Reynolds, Hilda Bailey, and Yvonne "Bonnie" Buckley.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond, John, William "Bill", and infant brother Harley Howard Veon; and her sisters, Dolly, Betty, and Frieda Veon.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday February 12, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Interment will follow services at the Guthrie Cemetery, Munday Road, Wirt County, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
