Della Lou Eaton, 76, of Charlotte NC, passed away on March 2, 2013 at the CMC Northwestern Medical Center in Concord, NC.

She was born in Parkersburg, WV on August 31, 1936, a daughter of the late William and Maybelle Virginia Criss Horner.

Della is survived by her husband of 47 years James Lee Eaton, two children Dr. James Eaton and Melissa of Atlanta, GA, Sarah Robinson of Charlotte, NC, three grandchildren Katie, Jack, Tyler and two brothers Jim Horner of Parkersburg and William Horner of NJ.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 Thursday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 on Wednesday and for one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
