Raymond was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam Conflict and was a member of the National D.A.V., V.F.W., and the American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking, music and was a master guitarist.
Surviving is his wife of 38 years, Kathleen Truxal Huber; two daughters, Heather Hess (Christian) and Desiree Huber (Jason Overdorf) all of Indian, Pa.; and two grandchildren, C.J. and Evan Hess.
Per the family request, there will be no services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg.
