Thomas V. Foster, 76, of Williamstown, passed away December 3, 2006 at Marietta Memorial Hosptial.

He was born September 26, 1930 in a son of the late Thomas and Opal Riddel Foster.Tom grew up in the Spencer area and graduated for Spencer Hish School. He then graduated from West Virginia University. He served as a Pharmaceutical Rep for over 40 years with several companies serving West Virginia and South Eastern Ohio. He was amember of the Elks Lodge and attended the 36th Street Church of Christ.He and his wife Betty enjoyed boating and traveling. They also enjoyed their time in Flordia.

Tom is survived by his wife Betty Toomey Foster, three children Sue Jackson and husband Mike of Williamstown, Jeff Foster and Wife Kristi of Cortland, Ohio, Cheri Bush of Vermilion, Ohio, sister Eleanor Grudier of Spencer, WV, grandchildren, Josh Jackson, Whitney Foster, Kyla Foster, Zane Foster, Rob Bush, Stacy Bush, great granddaughter Marie Anderson-Bush, nephews Mike Gudeir of Spencer, Ron Phillips and wife Helen of Indianapolis, step children Mark Eddy and wife Jill of Wheeling, CarlaStewart and husband Sam of Rock Hill, SC, Mike Eddy and Diana of Rock Hill, SC, step grandchildren, Erin Eddy, Kelley Stewart, Adam Stewart, Michael Eddy, Lindsay Eddy.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sister Geraldind Foster Phillips, niece Pamela J. Phillips and son in law Rodney D. Bush.

The funeral service for Tom will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Tom Butterfield officiating. Burial will be at Rockland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 on Tuesday and from 12 till the time of the serviceat 1.Please send condolances to the family by signing the onling guest register at
