Broccoli Slaw, by Chef Yancy Roush

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Ramen noodles
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw
  • 1 green onion (diced)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup sun flower kernels

    Directions

    Take Ramen noodles from pack and crumble into boiling water, simmer until tender. Drain and shock in cold water. In medium size bowl add Ramen noodles, broccoli slaw, sugar, oil, vinegar, onions, and chicken flavor seasoning pack from Ramen noodles. Refrigerate over night. Add sun flower kernel and cashews before serving. Enjoy!
