Daybreak 8/05/2010: Chef Yancy's Brussel Sprout and Bean Casserole


1 can cream of mushroom soup (garlic flavored)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups brussel sprouts
2 cups wax beans
1/2 cup red peppers (diced)
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup smoked Gouda cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups bread crumbs


Blend together first 8 ingredients. Place into greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy! Chef Yancy
