1 ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Parmesan asiago cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup green onions fine chopped
¼ cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg lightly blended
Combine all ingredients to make cheese filling. Cook pasta shells. Stuff shells, add sauce and Parmesan, and then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Boil shells for 6-7 minutes (until tender) and fill with the cheese you just blended together.
Add your favorite marinara or other pasta sauce and dust top with fresh Parmesan cheese.
