Daybreak 12/30: Chef Yancy's Sauerkraut and Ham Hordoeres

Ingredients

1 LB ground ham
4 OZ chopped Sauerkraut
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Garlic
1 Egg
½ tsp black pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. Form into one ounce balls place on
baking dish Bake 325 for 10 min. or until internal temperature is 150
degrees. Cool and serve with crackers and your favorite dipping
sauce
