Daybreak 1/20/2011: Chef Yancy's Potato Soup
Warm up the winter with a delicious cup of soup!
2 Diced Potatoes
1c onion, chopped
1c carrots, chopped
1c celery, chopped
3c chicken broth
S and P to taste
Brown sausage; add onions, Celery potatoes and carrots, sauté 3
min. Add chicken broth, milk, bring to a boil. 7 minute Add salt and
pepper. Adjust liquid as needed with chicken broth. Tighten with corn
starch and water to form a medium sauce.
Garnish with cheese when ready to eat.
