Daybreak 2/3/11: Chef Yancy's Black Bean and Corn Salsa



2 Cans Black Beans 15 oz
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 15 oz Spicy
2 Cups Corn
1 Cup diced Bell Peppers
½ Cup Diced onions
¼ Cup Cilantro
2 Tab. Chili Powder
1 Tea. Cumin
1 tsp hot pepper seeds
1 tab salt
½ tab black pepper
1tab granulated garlic


Blend all ingredients well. Allow 1 hour to marinade. Serve with chips
or crackers.
