Daybreak 3/3/2011: Chef Yancy's Scallops Sauteed in cream Sauce



Scallops (Bay) 2cups
Diced Red Peppers1/2 cup
Diced Green Onions ¼ cup
Diced Garlic 1 clove
Heavy Cream 1cup
Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
Salt and pepper to taste


Saute Scallops in butter add peppers and onions and garlic for 3 to
5 min. add heavy cream and seasoning, Reduce to medium sauce and top with parm. Cheese serve with your pasta choice.
