Daybreak 03/24/11: Chef Yancy's Chicken Fajitas



2# of fresh chicken strips
1 Cup diced Red onions
1 Cup diced bell peppers
6 Flour tortilla shells
1 pkg. of grill mate taco seasoning
¼ cup oil
¼ cup water
1 Clove diced garlic


Add water, oil, garlic and seasoning and blend well.

Marinade chicken for 15 minutes and sauté with peppers and onions for 6 to 8 minutes or chicken is done.

Place in flour shells and roll into shape.

Add your favorite toppings to your taste.
