Daybreak 3/31/2011: Chey Yancy's Apple Wood Bacon Wrapped Shrimp



3lbs. of fresh or frozen U-15 Shrimp
1lb. of apple wood bacon slices
1 Cup Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
¼ Cup Raspberry Jam
1Tab. Crushed Red peppers


Wrap Shrimp with bacon and secure with bamboo skure, sauté in skillet until
bacon is browned on each side. Blend together BBQ sauce, raspberry sauce and hot
pepper seeds and top over shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 Minutes. Serve
with lemons and parsley.

Serve cold or Hot!
