Daybreak 04/07/2011: Chefs Tenderloin Steak Au`Poviere



8oz Beef Tender Loin cut1/2 inch in thickness
2 Tab. Olive oil
¼ cup crusted black pepper
¼ cup red bell pepper diced
¼ cup diced green onions
1 Clove diced garlic
½ cup beef stock
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup wild mushrooms


Preheat skillet to medium high heat Dredge tenderloin into black pepper, add olive
oil to skillet and sear steak on each side. Add bell peppers, garlic, mushrooms and
onions sauté 2 to 3 minutes add heavy cream, beef stock. Reduce until a medium
sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
