Daybreak 6/16/2011: Chef Yancy's Pesto Trotline



6 Cups cooked trotline
2 Cups fresh basil leafs
½ cup olive oil
2 Tab toasted almonds
2 Tab diced garlic
1 Tea salt
½ cup parmesan cheese


Prepare trotline and set aside blend all ingredients in food processor and add to pasta add your favorite vegetable and serve with French bread

Serve cold or Hot!
