Daybreak 060/23/2011:Chef Yancy's Shrimp Cocktail



3# of fresh or frozen U-15 Shrimp
1 Cup diced onions
1 Cup diced carrots
1 Tab. Celery seed
2 Tab. Old Bay seasoning
½ Lemons
2 Qtr. Water


Bring water to a boil and add onions, carrots, celery seed, old bay and lemon. Allow to cook for 5 minutes, add Shrimp and cook for 3 to4 minutes remove from hot water and add to ice water until cool. Peal and deveined serve with cocktail sauce.
Serve cold or Hot!
