Daybreak 8/4/2011: Chef Yancy's Hawaiian Pork Ribs with a Pineapple Raspberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

6# of fresh or frozen Pork Ribs
5 Tab. Salts
3Tab.Black Pepper
3 Tab. Granulated garlic
4 Cups Apple Juice
6 Pineapple rings
5 Cup Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
1 Cup Raspberry Jam
1 Cup pineapple juice

Directions

Season Pork Ribs with seasonings and place into baking dish add apple juice and cover with foil.
Bake at 250 degrees for 2 and ½ hours allow cooling, place in refrigerator overnight.
To prepare BBQ sauce blend last 3 ingredients well and top over ribs and grill until internal temp. is 150 degrees top with extra sauce and pineapple rings.
