Daybreak 8/11/2011: Chef Yancy's Hot Dog Sauce



½ LB Ground Beef
¼ Cup Diced Onions
¼ Cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 Tea. Granulated Garlic
1 Tea. Salt
½ Tea. Pepper
½ Crushed Red Peppers Flakes
½ Tea Chili Powder
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1 Cup Tomato Juice
1 Tab. Beef Paste
¼ Cup Brown Sugar


Preheat Skillet to a medium heat and sauté ground beef, peppers, onions, and
peppers until 140 Degree temp. Add remainder of ingredients and cook for 15 to 20
minutes. Top over your favorite hot dog our use as man witch sandwich.
