Daybreak 8/25/2011: Chef Yancy's Shrimp and Spinach Dip



16 oz. Sour Cream
1-1/2 lb. cooked diced Shrimp
¾ cup chopped Spinach
¼ cup diced Red Onions
¼ cup diced Bell Peppers
½ tab. Granulated garlic
¼ cup dried parmesan cheese
1 tab. Lemon juice
Salt, Pepper and Old Bay seafood seasoning to taste


Blend all ingredients well allow to marinade for 30 minutes and serve with Melba toast and crackers. Enjoy Chef Yancy
