Daybreak 9/8/2011: Chef Yancy's Stuffed Mushrooms



2 Tab. Olive Oil
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup water
½ teas. Granulated Garlic
¼ Teas. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
½ Tab. Italian Seasoning
3 Tab. Brown Sugar
1 Tab. Lime Juice
1Tab. Diced Parsley
1 Tab Diced Red Onion
24 Poached Mushroom Caps


This is a simple and elegant side to any event, just blend all ingredients well add mushrooms and marinade for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill with your favorite meat or seafood. (Serve cold)
