Christmas Brunch/ Sausage, Cheese & Egg Quiche
Chef Yancy's Christmas Brunch/ Sausage, Cheese & Egg Quiche
8 ounces sausage, precooked
2 Cups Sharp cheddar cheese
3 Cups heavy whipping cream
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and stir in whipping cream, salt, and pepper. Pour into shell and bake until knife inserted comes out clean. ( about 1 hour ). Remove from oven and cool 30 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
